This project entailed the replacement of 6 no. operating theatre ventilation plants and their associated mechanical services on an elevated roof deck of the PMOK Building. This roof mounted plant deck supported the replacement AHU’s and associated mechanical services, including steam fed humidifiers. Close liaison with the Surgical Team ensured that as the work progressed the theatres were kept on line with a phased handover through to completion.
